CHOICE Regional Health Network is a non-profit coalition of rural and urban hospitals, practitioners, public health, clinics, community health centers, behavioral health providers and other partners dedicated to improving the health of our community. We define our community as the residents of Mason, Grays Harbor, Pacific, Lewis and Thurston counties - Central Western Washington. |
CHOICE Health Resources Coordinators can help clients enroll in health services and other programs, including Medicaid/Healthy Options, Apple Health for Kids, food assistance and prescription assistance. HRCs can also help connect clients with a doctor, dentist, midwife, nurse or mental health counselor. |
