Thurston County Project Access

Thurston County Project Access (TCPA) is a community-based, physician-led program that provides short-term access to donated health care services to uninsured people living in Thurston County, Washington.

"Project Access" is a best-practice initiative that has been successfully replicated in over 30 communities nationwide. Thurston County Project Access was developed in 2004 and transitioned administration to CHOICE Regional Health Network in late 2009.
